The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our family house that consists of three vacation apartments. It is bright, colorful and lovingly decorated and the perfect place for a nice vacation with family or friends. The apartment has a living-dining area,, a small but fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. The bathroom is very spacious with shower and bathtub,, double sink and a large closet. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160cm) a closet, standing mirror and desk - the other bedroom consists of 2 rooms: a master bedroom with double bed (160cm), closet and chest of drawers and a children's room separated by beams, which consists of 2 bunk beds. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The dining area can comfortably seat 6 people. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. Cook a gourmet dinner also enjoy the many herbs from the garden or enjoy a walk or short drive to the many fine restaurants in the area. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac you are only 1km (15 minutes walk) from the lido, only 2km from the town center, the waterfront, the train station and the ferry port (about 30 minutes walk). A supermarket is only 400m away and easily accessible on foot. You can reach the bus stop in about 5 minutes on foot. Or you can stay at home and enjoy our newly landscaped garden with large lawn and many dining places, which is available to all guests and is large enough for everyone without disturbing each other. It is the perfect place to relax and entertain. Sun loungers, cushions, and a barbecue etc are of course at your disposal. Enjoy your morning coffee on your balcony with a view of the greenery and the mountains. Towels and bed linen are provided and a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely stored. Pets are allowed. We hope you enjoy your stay in our apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our family house. There are 3 holiday apartments in the house. With 88 m² the apartment is the largest of the 3 and therefore perfect for a holiday with family and friends. Through the large glass front the whole apartment is flooded with sunlight. It is carefully and high-quality furnished. The natural stone - bath is equipped in a very high quality and leaves nothing to be desired. The shower is spacious and the opaque window gives the bathroom a friendly and bright atmosphere. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a normal couch and an additional sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room. One bedroom has two single beds that can be combined to a double bed and also has a large wardrobe and a door to the terrace - the other bedroom at the other end of the apartment has a French bed, a large wardrobe and a desk. The apartment is of high quality and uniquely furnished - and offers a lot of space. The kitchen, the living room and the dining room are an open area and a window offers a beautiful view of the garden. The dining area and the living room provide comfortable space for 6 people. There is a big flat screen TV to entertain you in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and of very high quality. You are welcome to cook a gourmet dinner with the numerous herbs from the garden or you can enjoy a walk or a short drive to the many fine restaurants in the area. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac you are only 1 km (15 walking minutes) from the lido, only 2 km from the city centre, the promenade, the train station (6 walking minutes) and the ferry port (30 minutes by car). A supermarket is only 400m away and can easily be reached on foot.
